Key Responsibilities
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Teach English to children (ages 3+) as well as teenagers and adult learners.
- Prepare students for Cambridge English qualifications, including A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First, and C1 Advanced.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and well-structured lessons.
- Support students in improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Assist lead teachers in school-based language programs when required.
- Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in teacher training sessions and professional development activities.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Legal authorization to work in Spain or an EU passport.
- Near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
- At least 1 year of experience teaching English to both children and adults.
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge English examinations.
- A TEFL qualification such as CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or an equivalent certification.
- A bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
