Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Recommend menu items and daily specials to guests.
- Ensure restaurant tables and service stations remain clean and organized.
- Handle guest payments and process bills according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and reporting when required.
- Monitor your assigned dining section and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant colleagues to deliver smooth service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexible to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
