A growing wholesale fruit and vegetable business based at the Rocklea Brisbane Markets is looking for motivated Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join its night shift operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Picker & Packer, your responsibilities may include:
- Pick and pack fresh fruit and vegetable orders accurately for customers.
- Inspect produce to help maintain quality standards.
- Safely lift, move, and organize produce boxes weighing up to 20 kg.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and housekeeping.
- Operate a forklift where licensed and required.
- Work efficiently to meet daily order deadlines.
Skills & Requirements
Successful applicants should demonstrate:
- Previous warehouse, picking and packing, or fresh produce experience (preferred but not essential).
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing orders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
The following would be an advantage:
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience working in the fruit and vegetable wholesale industry.

- Full-time position
- Night shift
- Shift Hours: Approximately 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
