Job Overview
Six Senses Rome is seeking a professional and customer-focused Night Waiter / Waitress to join its luxury hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and present food and beverage menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Provide prompt and attentive table service throughout the dining experience.
- Answer guest inquiries and telephone calls professionally.
- Recommend menu items and beverages while promoting special offers.
- Prepare restaurant stations before service begins.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, menus, and service equipment.
- Ensure all service follows Six Senses hospitality standards.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Hospitality diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Valid food handler permit or alcohol awareness certification (where required).
- Fluent Italian language skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Italy.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
